Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the team in kitchen operations
  • collaborate with the General Manager and leadership to maximize kitchen efficiency
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet profit and loss goals
  • resolve kitchen problems effectively and communicate clearly with staff
