Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- work hands-on alongside the team in kitchen operations
- collaborate with the General Manager and leadership to maximize kitchen efficiency
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet profit and loss goals
- resolve kitchen problems effectively and communicate clearly with staff
