Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand primary workplace language
- Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items
- Must have a positive attitude and serve as a leader on hotel leadership group

Job Duties
- Responsible for development and enhancement of the food product
- Maintain quality of food product and ensure consistency in delivery and standards
- Support team goals and measure effectiveness through food and beverage profit and service performance
- Selection, training, and development of culinary personnel
- Review staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial needs
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and food preparation workers
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff
