Job Requirements
- Must have an associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience a plus
- Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations
- Hands-on chef experience
- Knowledge of food and catering trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, and Internet
- Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification highly desirable

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production including food preparation, quality, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Develop and oversee menu planning including seasonal and special ingredient dishes
- Manage food cost, labor, and department budget to meet financial goals
- Supervise and coach kitchen staff to improve performance and engagement
- Maintain product consistency through inspections and quality control
- Respond to and handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
