Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a certified Culinary Arts program or equivalent experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • 8+ years in high-volume, quantity food production
  • 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
  • strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and equipment
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to meet physical demands: standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs
  • commitment to ongoing professional development
