- Graduate of a certified Culinary Arts program or equivalent experience
- ServSafe Certification required
- 8+ years in high-volume, quantity food production
- 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
- strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and equipment

- ability to meet physical demands: standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs
