Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a chef or in a culinary leadership role
  • ability to work open availability including weekends and holidays
  • capability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
  • ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work as part of a team and assist coworkers
  • ability to plan, organize, direct, and coach kitchen staff
