Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- demonstrated passion for hands-on cooking and leadership
- commitment to internal hospitality philosophy
- ability to collaborate effectively with management and home office
- knowledge of health and safety compliance
- proven track record of managing labor, budgets, and operational forecasts
- experience in sourcing fresh, local ingredients

- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation

- hands-on passion for cooking rather than a clipboard chef approach
- experience working with local farmers and sourcing fresh products
