  • work hands-on alongside team members during food preparation and kitchen operations
  • collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen efficiency
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet profit and loss goals
  • resolve kitchen-related problems through effective communication and leadership
