- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that create lasting impressions

- work hands-on alongside team members during food preparation and kitchen operations
- collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen efficiency
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet profit and loss goals
- resolve kitchen-related problems through effective communication and leadership
