Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on in the kitchen with the team
  • collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adhere to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure the bottom line meets expectations
  • promote a positive experience for staff and guests
