Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen management role
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficiency in inventory and budget management
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- ability to lead and train diverse teams
- physical ability to handle kitchen demands

- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar culinary leadership role

Job Duties
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- estimate food requirements and food labor costs
- ensure all supplies are ordered, stocked, and properly stored
- hire and fire kitchen staff
- assign duties to staff such as food preparation tasks and line positions
- arrange equipment purchases and repairs
- maintain a strong and respectful presence with guests and communicate service expectations
- develop innovative promotional strategies to drive guest usage of food and beverage operations
- be responsive to guest requests and strive to accommodate reasonable requests
- collaborate with departments to provide outstanding food and beverage experiences
- research new products and evaluate cost and profit benefits
- review new food preparation techniques to maximize guest satisfaction
- maintain urgency and responsiveness while preserving quality and integrity
- provide leadership and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and financial success
