  • Five plus years of experience in kitchen management
  • proven track record of menu creation
  • passion for hands-on cooking and team leadership
  • ability to work collaboratively with local suppliers
  • strong knowledge of finances and labor management
  • commitment to quality control and health and safety standards
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Five plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation

  • hands-on passion for cooking and leadership
  • experience working with local farmers to source fresh products
  • strong financial acumen related to labor, quality control, and operational execution

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on in the kitchen alongside the team
  • collaborate with the GM and home office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve problems effectively and maintain clear communication
