Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes

- Work hands-on in the kitchen alongside the team
- Collaborate with GM and leadership to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
- Resolve problems and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations
