Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Minimum 2 years in an Executive Chef capacity
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership in high-volume kitchen management
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and service
  • Ability to train and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Minimum 2 years in an Executive Chef role in an upscale casual dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and service
  • Ability to develop and lead a culinary team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes for effective kitchen execution

Job Duties

  • Hiring, training, and development of hospitality-focused Team Members
  • Upholding the highest standards for food sanitation and quality
  • Assuming leadership of restaurant operations in the absence of the GM
  • Consistently enforcing standards for recipe adherence, food preparation, production, and presentation
  • Ensuring thorough training and communication of all Company initiatives
  • Managing labor, food cost and kitchen supplies to meet financial goals
  • Leading the launch and ongoing success of the rooftop dining concept
