Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
  • current ServSafe certification
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • ability to manage budgets and food costs
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred

  • 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • extensive experience in banquet style events
  • experience managing and developing teams
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification preferred or ability to be certified

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including preparation and service of food and beverages
  • estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases, schedule staff to accommodate changes in business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff including sous chefs and lead cooks, and develop key staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards by supervising preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of food
  • manage kitchen equipment maintenance and implement sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations, reporting critical issues to the General Manager
