Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the team in the kitchen
  • collaborate with general managers and Home Office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve problems effectively and communicate clearly to get the job done
