Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager, or Regional Chef
- prior fine dining or casual plus restaurant experience preferred
- 2-year culinary degree considered a plus
- ServSafe Sanitation certification
- ability to manage P&L and lead a team
- strong communication and organizational skills

- ensure quality food presentation and adherence to recipes
