Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager, or Regional Chef
  • prior fine dining or casual plus restaurant experience preferred
  • 2-year culinary degree considered a plus
  • ServSafe Sanitation certification
  • ability to manage P&L and lead a team
  • strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant and fostering an inclusive environment
  • implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • create memorable guest experiences and engage in community outreach
  • manage restaurant kitchen P&L, develop sales initiatives, and coach team on financial impact
  • ensure quality food presentation and adherence to recipes
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
  • embody company Principles & Beliefs and foster a positive, fun culture
