Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • dedication to serve others internally and externally

  • experience working with local farmers to source fresh ingredients
  • strong financial sense related to labor and quality control
  • ability to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • adherence to health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft memorable dishes
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation in the kitchen
  • work hands-on alongside the kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • manage quality control, inventory, and health and safety standards
  • oversee labor management, budgeting, and forecasting to meet financial goals
  • resolve kitchen problems effectively and maintain clear communication
