- 5 or more years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation

Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation in the kitchen
- work hands-on alongside the kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- manage quality control, inventory, and health and safety standards
- oversee labor management, budgeting, and forecasting to meet financial goals
- resolve kitchen problems effectively and maintain clear communication
