Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • dedication to serve others internally and guests
  • hands-on passion for cooking and not a clip-board chef
  • ability to work with local farmers to source fresh products
  • strong sense of finances, labor management, and quality control
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in kitchen management
  • proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams
  • experience with menu creation and food preparation
  • strong understanding of kitchen operations including inventory management and safety regulations
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

  • ability to work hands-on alongside team members

Job Duties
