Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
  • valid food handler’s certification
  • ability to work full-time in a leadership capacity
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • willingness to relocate to the Pacific Northwest encouraged
  • reliable transportation or relocation plan

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management practices
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop creative and appealing menu items
  • experience with produce and grab-and-go meal preparation preferred
  • familiarity with the Pacific Northwest food market a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all culinary operations and kitchen staff
  • develop and innovate seasonal menus with a focus on fresh produce and grab-and-go meals
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
  • train and mentor kitchen team to uphold quality standards
  • collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with company goals
  • monitor food quality and consistency across all meal preparations
