Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead team to craft memorable dishes

  • collaborate with General Managers and corporate leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve kitchen issues and maintain effective communication
