Job Requirements
- Education background in culinary arts preferred
- Minimum three years' experience in culinary management
- Ability to manage high-volume food production
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Willingness to collaborate with marketing and corporate teams on program implementation
Job Qualifications

- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Proven experience in high-volume production and catering environments
- Demonstrated success managing food and labor costs

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations for the account
- Lead, train, and manage culinary associates
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Develop and execute menus aligned with client and company expectations
- Manage food costs, labor controls, and overall culinary budget
- Oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and corporate culinary teams
