Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four plus years of kitchen management experience
  • Five plus years of cooking experience
  • Valid certification or degree in culinary or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Physical stamina to work long hours and lift heavy items
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
