Job Duties
- Work the line and encourage staff development
- Promote a positive experience for staff and guests
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including problem resolution
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
- Collaborate with General Manager and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
