Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- four years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- experience in budget and expense management
- ability to handle guest feedback and complaints
- proficiency in training and developing employees
- ability to enforce company policies and procedures
- availability to work full time at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale
Job Qualifications
