Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • six years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • or two-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • four years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
  • experience in budget and expense management
  • ability to handle guest feedback and complaints
  • proficiency in training and developing employees
  • ability to enforce company policies and procedures
  • availability to work full time at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED with six years experience in culinary or food and beverage
