  • ability to work full time during day shifts
  • willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of nutritional guidelines and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement standardized recipes and menus aligned with nutritional guidelines and customer preferences
  • train and mentor culinary staff in food preparation, sanitation, and service excellence
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain budgets and minimize waste
  • ensure compliance with HACCP, Joint Commission, and state/local health regulations through audits and documentation
  • oversee culinary operations for patient services, café, physician lounge, and catering ensuring food quality and safety
  • implement corrective actions as needed to maintain standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
