- Minimum of 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining, high volume restaurant
- Ability to lead and innovate in a fast-paced culinary environment

Job Qualifications
- Certified Executive Chef (CEC) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts
- Food Protection Certificate
- Proven ability to manage an entire kitchen

Job Duties
- Manage all kitchen activities and operations
- Maintain full Department of Health compliance
- Oversee product purchasing and inventory control
- Maintain food quality and manage culinary budget
- Schedule staff and conduct hiring and training for line-level positions
- Manage beverage purchasing and inventory
- Develop and update creative and accessible menus with executive team
