Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • culinary degree or higher education preferred
  • basic computer skills required
  • data entry experience preferred
  • ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • plan and execute rotating menus based on resident choices and feedback
  • create a special dining experience for residents and guests
  • utilize various cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
  • receive and respond to instant feedback from residents
  • support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
  • uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
