Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree of 2 to 4 years
  • minimum five years of progressive hotel culinary experience
  • previous supervisory responsibility
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • understanding of health and liquor laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Coordinate, supervise and direct all aspects of food production
  • maintain profitable food and beverage operations
  • provide training for all kitchen staff
  • enforce food specifications, portion control, and recipes
  • adhere to sanitation and health department regulations
  • control food and labor costs
  • maximize guest satisfaction
  • participate in manager on duty coverage as required
