Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5 million or more
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality and quality guest experiences
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification
