Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M plus
  • Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification
