Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M plus
- Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
