Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5 million or more
- strong leadership skills
- solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional guest experience
- availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- allergy certification
