Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5 million or more
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house daily restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality quality and exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Allergy Certification required
