Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5 million or more
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house daily restaurant operations
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality quality and exceptional front-of-house guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification required
- Allergy Certification required
