Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of applicable experience
  • servsafe manager certification
  • associate degree or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control labor costs

Job Duties

  • provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • oversee all food production culinary and kitchen operations
  • lead train and direct culinary leadership team and production staff
  • manage budgeted food and labor costs product quality employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction
  • ensure all safety and sanitation requirements are met
  • delegate and direct duties to culinary and supporting staff
  • develop standardized menus and ensure compliance with dietary restrictions
