Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience
- Minimum 2 years in a management role preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Experience managing culinary teams
- Ability to lead and coach staff

Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with executional framework
- Ensure proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Manage culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff for quality food presentation
- Train and manage culinary and kitchen employees on best food production practices
- Coach employees to create understanding about goals and methods
- Reward and recognize employees
- Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
- Maintain staff records including training, shift checklists, and performance data
- Develop and maintain effective client and guest relationships
- Interact directly with guests daily
- Aggregate and communicate culinary and ingredient trends
- Deliver food and labor targets
- Focus on margin improvement by analyzing performance metrics and inventory trends
- Ensure efficient execution and delivery of daily menu culinary products
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Comply with operational excellence fundamentals in waste management, menus, recipes, and labor standards
- Manage supply chain ensuring use of authorized suppliers
- Implement food framework standards
- Ensure accuracy in food consumption estimates and purchase requisitions
- Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Comply with Aramark SAFE food and quality assurance, occupational, and environmental safety policies
- Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations including safety, health, wage and hour
