Job Requirements
- Maintains ServSafe Food Manager certification
- Has 1-3 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Is willing to learn and adopt business needs and practices
- Is comfortable managing, organizing, and communicating using technology
- Is experienced with Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive), Microsoft Office
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Is able to work in a commercial kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Design, prepare and coordinate unique weekly menus for all dietary needs and restrictions
- Spearhead execution of new product lines and culinary practices
- Participate in critical discussions regarding eater satisfaction and business growth
- Act as liaison between business team and culinary team regarding client details and feedback
- Hire kitchen staff with support from the Culinary Director
- Manage, coach and train the kitchen staff with support from the Managing Chef
- Own supply ordering and inventory
- oversee COGS
- Monitor and manage portion control and food costs
- Execute strict quality control and assurance
- Ensure kitchen operations meet company and facility standards
- Comply with and enforce sanitary regulations and safety standards
