Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of applicable experience
- Associate degree
- ServSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association
- Ability to work swing shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and training to culinary leadership and production staff
- Manage food production and kitchen operations for patients and retail outlets
- Ensure menus and food products comply with dietary restrictions and regulations
- Oversee budgeted food and labor costs
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Develop standardized menus and collaborate with system leaders on menu planning
- Schedule staff and manage labor hours according to volume needs
