  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve
  • experience leading a full scratch kitchen
  • experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes timely
  • ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • passion for exceptional food service
  • must pass criminal background check
  • must pass health screenings including physical and TB tests
  • compliance with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
  • proven ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • ability to control food, labor, and product costs
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • passion for delivering exceptional food experiences
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • ability to work in a collaborative team environment
