  • Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management degree preferred
  • Proven leadership abilities in team management and development
  • Demonstrated skills in food cost and labor control

  • Strong problem-solving and guest engagement skills

  • Collaborate with food and beverage and hotel leadership to align culinary vision with guest expectations and brand standards
  • Respond to guest feedback and lead initiatives to enhance dining experiences
  • Maintain health and safety standards across all kitchen operations
