Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M plus
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Passion for hospitality and quality
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification
