Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Passion for hospitality and quality
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
