Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years related culinary experience and/or training
- two or more years of management experience leading back-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
- ability to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure a culture of positivity and accountability
- execute operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience
- drive, lead, and oversee all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact profit and loss
- oversee critical quality control points for every menu item, as well as portioning and plating, to ensure dishes received by guests are to spec
- hire, train, and develop employees
- regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion
- handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
