Job Requirements

  • two year a.o.s. degree from an accredited culinary arts program or equivalent work experience
  • four years of progressive culinary or kitchen experience
  • four years of management or supervisory experience
  • fine dining experience
  • catering experience
  • proficiency with computers including microsoft office suite email and e-commerce based tools
  • servsafe certified

Job Duties

  • oversee all kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • manage and lead culinary staff including training and scheduling
  • develop and implement fine dining menus and catering services
  • maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations including ServSafe standards
  • utilize computer proficiency for kitchen management and communication
  • coordinate with other departments to enhance resident dining experiences
  • manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
