Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of culinary schooling
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef
  • Ability to obtain government-required licenses or certificates
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Ability to lift or move goods up to 40 pounds
  • Good finger and hand dexterity to operate food machinery and utensils

Job Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience as an Executive Chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes
  • Combination of education, training, and experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Minimum of three years of culinary schooling
  • Ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates
  • CPR/First Aid training preferred
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary for business demand

Job Duties

  • Champion the culinary vision by designing innovative, seasonal menus blending creativity, regional flavors, and guest feedback into memorable dining experiences
  • Lead from the line with a hands-on approach inspiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
  • Be the face of the kitchen by engaging with guests during service to build connections and elevate the dining experience
  • Drive excellence through oversight of production flow, staff performance, and real-time coaching to ensure consistency and presentation
  • Curate specialty menus for VIP events, banquets, tastings, and culinary activations that reinforce the hotel’s brand
  • Ensure food safety compliance, manage inventory accurately, and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership for strategic and budget alignment
  • Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, respect, and balanced scheduling for work-life harmony
