Job Requirements

  • Must have a 2, 3, or 4 year culinary degree
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive hotel experience
  • Previous supervisor responsibility required
  • Knowledge of health department rules and liquor laws
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attend required meetings and training

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree of 2, 3, or 4 years
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel
  • Previous supervisory responsibility

  • Understanding of health department and liquor laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise all food production activities
  • Maintain profitable food and beverage operations
  • Provide training for kitchen staff
