Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
