Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional culinary experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role as an executive chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong creative and innovative skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for culinary arts and guest experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a menu that aligns with the venue's immersive theme
- Recruit, train, and mentor an outstanding kitchen staff
- Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the broader venue team to ensure seamless synchronization of the guest experience
- Drive continual improvement in all aspects of culinary execution
- Lead the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage budgets and food costs effectively to maximize profitability
