Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M or more
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house operations
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality and quality guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification
