Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of culinary schooling
  • prior experience as an Executive Chef
  • ability to obtain government-required licenses or certificates
  • flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk frequently
  • dexterity to operate food machinery and utensils
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes
  • combination of education training and experience providing required knowledge skills and abilities
  • minimum of three years of culinary schooling
  • ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates
  • CPR or First Aid training preferred
  • flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

  • Champion the culinary vision by designing innovative seasonal menus blending creativity regional flavors and guest feedback into unforgettable dining experiences
  • lead from the line with a hands-on approach inspiring training and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while upholding impeccable quality safety and productivity standards
  • be the face of the kitchen by engaging with guests during service building genuine connections elevating service and ensuring every dish reflects culinary passion
  • drive excellence in execution through active oversight of production flow staff performance and real-time coaching to maintain consistency and elevate presentation
  • curate specialty menus for VIP events banquets tastings and unique culinary activations showcasing creativity and elevating the hotel’s brand
  • ensure top-tier food safety manage inventory with precision and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to support strategic goals and budget alignment
  • contribute to a positive work environment valuing teamwork respect and balanced scheduling supporting healthy work-life harmony
