Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of culinary schooling
- prior experience as an Executive Chef
- ability to obtain government-required licenses or certificates
- flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- dexterity to operate food machinery and utensils
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes
- combination of education training and experience providing required knowledge skills and abilities
- minimum of three years of culinary schooling
- ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates
- CPR or First Aid training preferred
- flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays as necessary

- Champion the culinary vision by designing innovative seasonal menus blending creativity regional flavors and guest feedback into unforgettable dining experiences
- lead from the line with a hands-on approach inspiring training and mentoring a high-performing culinary team while upholding impeccable quality safety and productivity standards
- be the face of the kitchen by engaging with guests during service building genuine connections elevating service and ensuring every dish reflects culinary passion
- drive excellence in execution through active oversight of production flow staff performance and real-time coaching to maintain consistency and elevate presentation
- curate specialty menus for VIP events banquets tastings and unique culinary activations showcasing creativity and elevating the hotel’s brand
- ensure top-tier food safety manage inventory with precision and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to support strategic goals and budget alignment
- contribute to a positive work environment valuing teamwork respect and balanced scheduling supporting healthy work-life harmony
