Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with $5M+ annual sales
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality and quality guest experiences
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Allergy Certification
