Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5M+
  • Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety practices
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Allergy Certification
