Job Requirements
- The ability to learn, grow and evolve
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- The ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with Oakmont Management Group’s COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Proven ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams
- Financial acumen to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Knowledge of next-generation kitchen technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Lead the preparation and execution of full scratch kitchen menus
- Develop and innovate seasonally curated and guest-focused dishes
- Manage and control food, labor, and product costs effectively
- Lead kitchen staff to ensure execution of flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Foster relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Leverage cutting-edge culinary technology to enhance kitchen operations
- Create flexible and contemporary work environments in the kitchen
